Born in Koroko-Kwali Area Council, FCT-Abuja, Usman began his educational journey at LEA Primary School, Koroko Kwali, and later attended Shaikh Hamdan Model Secondary School, Gwagwalada. He earned a Bachelor of arts degree in History and Archaeology from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria and master’s degree in crime management prevention and control, Bayero University, Kano
Usman’s professional career spans several federal-level
positions, showcasing his expertise and dedication to public service. He worked
as a Senior Administrative Officer in the Federal Capital Development Authority
(FCDA) and held a senior position before transitioning to the private sector.
Notably, he worked as a Personal Assistant (P.A) to Senator Adamu Sidi-Ali,
demonstrating his expertise in legislative support.
